Mortgages, Rural Development Mortgages, Rural Development with repair, FHA Mortgages, FHA 203K, We offer Conventional Mtg with as low as 3% down and NO Private Mortgage Insurance, with good credit We can also offer VA Mtg with up to 6% seller concessions, Also if the buyer is disabled they don’t pay the funding fee for the VA loan. The Rural development loan is a 100% financing loan, the buyer can ask the seller to pay 6% of the closing costs. The FHA loan, you need to put 3.5% down payment and you can also ask the seller to pay 6% of the closing cost. I can do mortgages in all of the state of Michigan, and I live in Lapeer County and service all of the state I will always work hard for you and do my best to get you the very best loan for your needs.
